4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

  • The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

  • Bets placed with bonus balance must have minimum odds of 1.5 to count toward wagering requirements.
  • You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active.

5 Betting Rules & Decisions

The following rules apply to all bets placed on taka9. Additional rules specific to individual sports and casino games may also apply and can be found in the relevant sections.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Only bets accepted by the system before a match or event begins are valid. If odds change after the event starts, the odds at the time the bet was accepted will remain unchanged.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, taka9 reserves the right to void any bets accepted at those odds.
  • If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and the original stake returned.
  • In live betting, if a discrepancy arises due to network delay, the server record will be considered final.
  • Maximum win limits apply per bet or event and may vary by category.
All betting decisions made by taka9 are final. However, in the case of an obvious system error, a review request submitted to support within 72 hours will be considered.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taka9 platform. If any of these is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Bonus abuse (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting)
  • Registering with false or someone else's information
  • Attempting to access or compromise the system through hacking, malware, or any other technical means
  • Placing bets using a third party's account or funds
  • Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
  • Fraudulent conduct toward other users

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Taka9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Failure to submit verification documents
  • Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
  • For legal or regulatory reasons
